The Law

Customers must be 18 years or over to be able to purchase alcohol and tobacco products. Please note that it is a criminal offense to purchase alcohol and tobacco products if you are under 18 years of age as is also an offence to purchase alcohol and tobacco products for any person under 18 even if you are over 18 yourself (UK only)

VAT at 17.5% is inclusive on all orders delivered to countries within the EEC, all other destinations are exempt from VAT.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is simple. Just browse through our pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "add to cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, Royal mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
The shipping costs will be confirmed before checkout but here is a rough idea of shipping costs.
UK
£5.00 -£7.50 per 25 kg
Other Countries may vary we are happy to get quotes for you.

Deliveries
Orders are processed every day. Orders are processed between one and four working days.
Descriptions
While every effort is made to keep descriptions as accurate as possible we cannot be held responsible for changes in ABV, Year of manufacture etc if these changes were beyond our control. We would however inform you of these changes before dispatch.

Out of Stock?
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to replace with a similar item or to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Unless we hear back with written confirmation of cancellation, the Order will be completed when stock is available.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.0% VAT is inclusive.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you prefer you can phone your details to us.

Breakages
Beers and Spirits shall replace or refund the items damaged in transit, providing that the Buyer shall:
a. Give us notice by telephone or by fax or by mail or by e-mail, confirming the nature of loss and damage within three days of delivery, and
b. Where the goods are delivered by outside carriers comply with such carrier's condition of carriage for notification of such claims.

Returns/Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer a suitable exchange or a refund. Please note where an item is not faulty we will charge a 10% re-stocking charge and Shipping charges will not be refunded A return carrriage charge would apply
Goods may only be returned with permission from ourselves. Please contact us for a returns number and shipping instructions. Any item returned without consent from ourselves will not be accepted.
