Waipara Valley

An extremely fine pinot noir with incredible finesse.
Garnet in colour, with prominent smoky notes infused with rich blackberries and raspberries. Highly complexed on the palate with hints of spice.

A French Wine Writer, Michel Bettane, has declared the Blanc de Blancs to be "the best southern hemisphere sparkling wine I have ever tried".
The wine is clean, fresh and well-balanced, with an additional dimension achieved by doing the malolactic fermentation in oak. Very attractive with a steady, fine bead, good fruit and delicious vibrant finesse.

Marlborough.
Classic Marlborough chardonnay. Fruit driven and full bodied, flavours of melon, passion fruit, peach and toasty Oak.

A medium-bodied Merlot with flavours of ripe plums, cherries and boysenberries with hints of spicy oak. A full, supple tannin structure supports a palate which is elegant and youthful with well-balanced acidity that leads to a warm lingering finish.

A full, crisp and powerful wine with intense flavours of passionfruit and blackcurrant along with underlying gooseberry tones. Mouth-watering acidity and an intense mineral note are balanced by a full, yet elegant palate.
