This Old Vine Semillon is a testament to the virtues of old vines. The nose offers aromas of lime blossom, fruit spice and chamomile. The palate is seamless and has a lovely lingering weight. The fruit flavours of lime, poached peach and loquat are very intense and concentrated with a creamy finish. A dash of Viognier gives a hint of spice.

The FOUNDSTONE Shiraz Rose has lifted aromas of cherry, boysenberry and pomegranate. The generous fruit palate lingers with sweet raspberry and cherry notes which are beautifully balanced by the crisp acid finish.

This Shiraz displays vanillin cigar –box and black cherries on the nose, with a rich mouthfeel that leads to lovely ripe black cherry with complex hints of spice and herbs on the palate.

This Merlot displays violets and smoky oak on the nose with a rich mouthfeel that leads to lovely soft, raspberry, vanilla and liquorice on the palate. Fine soft tannins complement the berry flavours resulting in a pleasantly long finish.

This Old Vine Shiraz is a wonderful expression of old vine fruit. The nose shows, amongst other aromas, black cherry, plum conserve and roasted coffee notes. The palate has a real presence; it is full, generous and expressive. It shows some lovely sweet spicy tannin that gives a subtle support to fleshy black fruit which makes the palate at once rich and supple.

Australian Shiraz has forged an enviable reputation for huge unrestrained flavours that are exemplified by this wine. The Black shiraz is an extreme example of this style, deep colour, huge palate and high alcohol.
The palate is full flavoured and intense with rich blackberry, plum, blueberry and spicy characters.

This wine shows limes with a hint of tropical fruit. Lovely fresh flavours with a hint of balanced oak, very elegant.

This Cabernet is a wine of restrained power with an intense, ripe berry bouquet with hints of chocolate and liquorice. The palate fills with crushed blackcurrant fruit flavours over the typical herbaceous characters of eucalyptus and mint and is beautifully complemented by excellent French oak.

This intense, rich and full flavoured Shiraz with well integrated oak, shows lovely black cherry, chocolate and white pepper on the palate. It is intense, rich and full flavoured with a long and defined finish with integrated tannins.

A generous tropical nose showing fruits of passionfruit, pineapple and grapefruit. The palate is medium bodied with crisp citrus acid balance and attractive fruit sweetness giving this wine a lovely persistent finish.

This Pinot Grigio displays subtle yeasty aromas of apple and passionfruit leaf on the nose, which are complemented by the typical cooler climate fresh characters of green apple, orange zest and grapefruit, giving a full palate with a zingy, tingling mouthfeel.

100% Riesling late picked grapes that were ‘forgotten’ on the vine, allowing them to develop a perfect balance between fruit, sugar and acidity. Fermentation was stopped early to leave a wine with a natural sweetness that is fresh not cloying and showing peachy, creamy flavours and a lovely long finish.

We are Head over Heels over this Victorian Rose. This blend of Sangiovese and Barbera is vibrant ruby in colour with aromas of wild raspberry, red cherry and forest fruits. The crisp flavours of cranberry and mulberry are perfectly balanced by crisp, crunchy red apple and lively acidity on the finish.

An exciting full flavoured and mouth filling Merlot. Spicy plum and fruitcake aromas underpinned with complex truffle and chocolate toasty oak. The finish shows pleasant tannins and nice length of flavour.

Intense colour, huge palate and high in alcohol, it displays vanilla, ripe plums and black cherries on the nose. The palate shows intense berry and rich fruit cake characters underpinned by layers of coffee and toasty oak that carry through to a lovely soft finish. A big wine at a mere 14.5% alcohol!

We are Head over Heels over this Sparkling Chardonnay, Raisins, toffee apple and honey on the nose are complemented by characters of oranges and pink lady apples on the palate. Mouth filling and rich with a wonderfully voluptuous creaminess and well balanced by zingy acidity.

The FOUNDSTONE Raisined Semillon is sourced from the RIVERINA region and displays aromas of dried apricots and apple. The palate shows luscious apple and apricot flavours which are beautifully balanced by zingy acidity and quality oak.

Possessing great length of flavour, fine tannins and well integrated oak characters developed during 18 months maturation in American and French oak barrels, this wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years for further complexity.
