Hi-Spirits

This wine, as you would expect is very sweet, almost a liqueur type sweetness. It is wonderful for punches and with any deserts, especially poured over chocolate cake or a melon and berry fruit salad.

Labelled a medium sweet, this wine is very much medium taste wise. If you have a very dry palate, then this might be a little sweet. Similarly, if you prefer a very sweet wine, you may find it a little tart.
Raspberries are naturally full of zing and this comes through in the wine. It really packs a punch. Most people are surprised by it, and like it.

The Bramble wine is a dry robust red, full of character though surprisingly light. It goes handsomely with any kind of game, but especially venison. The spicy dryness complements this luscious meat wonderfully. It is excellent with food, or in food! Though never use the whole bottle; always allow a glass for yourself.
A silver medal attributed to this fine wine, wholly deserved!

The elderberry wine has won a gold medal for the last couple of years running.
All Hand picked elderberries, mostly from the wild.

The wine is luscious and thick, very porty with lots of heat in the chest. Excellent of an evening, or after a long walk on a crisp day.

Spring Oak Leaf wine is a medium sweet white, receiving a silver medal this year.
Leaves are gathered by hand in May.

Autumn Oak Leaf wine is a medium dry white. Cairn o'Mhor are very proud to say that this wine received the best white wine award this year to go with its gold medal.
The wine has a mature flavour, quite woody and is superb when taken with food, especially lamb.

An underestimated stunner. Don’t be frightened of this wine. You have a misconception of how it will taste! Strangely, the first and second sips will taste very different. The first sip has a bit of a bite at the front; well, gooseberries are naturally tart! The second sip you’ll get at the back, where it is sweeter and more full bodied. This wine is long and clean and refreshingly delicious with a creamy pasta or chicken dish.

A tangy medium sweet white; another gold medal winner. Elderflowers are a very distinctive taste and this really sits on your tongue, you can roll it around! The tangy wow is on a tangent to the sweetness. This wine can also be chilled in the freezer, which changes it to very light and flowery whilst crisp.

Here it is again The occasional visitor the "Berry Up." A careful blend made from fresh strawberries and raspberries. The full fruitiness of the strawberries with the light oily texture and the tarty edge of the raspberries.

A new limited edition wine ready for you! Wonderful rhubarb, trumpeting flavour with every sip! Medium sweet, with a dry kick to finish. Long on the rhubarb.

This is our ‘wedding blend’ as Ron and Judith made this for their own wedding, lots of sparkling fun. This is a medium dry white sparkly wine, blended from our Autumn Oak Leaf and some Elderflower. Popular for all occasions.

A sparkling medium sweet rose that is full of fun. This delicious wine is fantastic during summer or during winter too! The elderflower really lifts the strawberries and when you open the bottle; the smell! Another gold award winner.

LIMITED EDITION `Berry Christmas`

A spiced berry wine salad just serve it normally.

This is a new one and a fine combination of two wee black berries. The elderberry component provides a throbbing bass foundation while the blackcurrant dances skittishly along the top and over the edge a bit. Kind of jangly, not too sweet.
