Bavaria's strong specialty is a delicacy to be enjoyed in the colder months of the year.
At 7.3% alcohol, this specialty wheat beer has a considerably higher alcohol content than other varieties produced by Erdinger Weissbräu. The dark bock beer owes its sharp and full flavor to the use of selected dark wheat and barley malts and a significantly longer maturing process.

A particularly strong, spicy aroma, a distinctive yeast flavour and an unmistakable top-fermenting beer profile - these are the characteristics of Erdinger's new family member in good old Bavarian tradition. The recipe for Urweisse dates back to the brewery's founding days over 120 years ago. It owes its distinctive, traditional weissbier flavour to a special malt, a different hop variety and a special yeast.

A pale golden beer brewed like a pilsener with a good head, a full, soft and fresh taste and a pleasantly light yeasty bouquet.

Pale lemony gold in colour with a pure white lasting head the aroma is lightly fruity with some flowery hops. Taste is very clean, a result unlike normal ales, of cold conditioning. Fresh, with just a touch of bitter hops.

This is probably the most bitter of the Nothern German Pilsners.
The aroma is resiny hops and booming malt leading to a beer with a typical pure white head and just the right amount of carbonation. The taste is of grassy, resiny hops held up well by a very supportive malt base. The label says 'Friesisch Herb' which is 'Fresh, dry' and this is so. The beer is bouncingly fresh, but dry from the high hop rate though still with plenty of mouth feel. It continues through to a refreshing, dry hoppy finish.

Kuppers has a pale golden colour, and a delicate refreshing taste.

A popular style in Germany and the Czech Republic. Dark malts are used in the brewing resulting in rich, nutty flavours.

A fresh clean pils with a distinctive malty aroma, smooth and well balanced

On the palate this beer is extremely light and smooth, with little evidence of its strength. Lemon zest is also present, though without any associated sharpness. The finish is very clean.

Paulanor Original has a pronounced grainy malt character, with smooth grassy butter in the mouth. The hops give it a balanced bitter-lemon cleanliness that lasts through to the end.

Paulaner is without doubt one of the finest wheat beers available, with its thick white head and subtle flavours of cloves very little can touch it on a hot summers day.

Dusseldorfs largest alt brewery make this fine, copper coloured subtle nutty beer with a pleasant malt finish. It is called alt beer because it is the old style before bottom fermentation was developed with lagering.

The most majestic of wheat beers. Aventinus has the broad characteristics of Schneider Weisse - the normal wheat beer from the brewery- but has lavish chocolate and malt sweetness that in union with its strength make the beer a real indulgence. A more apt description of the beer would be Weisse Bock, the fruitiness of wheat beer with bock like sweetness.

This brew is the result of the long friendship of Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver and Schneider brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler. Garrett had always admired the delicate balance of flavors in Schneider Weisse, while Hans-Peter had long enjoyed the effusive hop character of Brooklyn East India Pale Ale and BLAST! Garrett’s concept for the collaboration was that each brewmaster would brew essentially the same pale, hoppy weissbock in the other’s brewery, but with different hopping to reflect the local hop flavor.

A rich and full bodied wheat beer, tan in colour with a clove-like fruity bouquet. A uniquely satisfying experience. Schneider Weisse is an unfiltered wheat beer from Bavaria. Compared with many German Weisse beers, it is very full flavoured and spicy.

The smoky flavour is achieved by exposing the malt to the intense, aromatic smoke of burning beech-wood logs at the Schlenkerla-maltings. After mixing it with premium-class hops in the brew, it matures in 700 year old cellars. A rare and classic style
great with a fine cheese.
