Lefebvre
Flavoured with honey, but fermented to be dry rather than sweet, this golden blonde ale has noticeable floral honey edge

Brewed by Lefebvre just south of Brussels the beer named after the city is a light, fruity wit bier with typical cloudiness because the yeast remains in suspension. The neck label depicts the Mannekin Pis.

Blanche des Honnelles has an amber colour. It is also stronger (6%) than many white beers. If the bouquet is subdued its first flavour is a stark dry sharpness against a pepper background. There is no acidity in this Blanche that is made with three cereals (barley, wheat, oats). It has a stimulating taste, leaving a subdued but refreshing final impression. Lots of character and curious.

Van Honsebrouk
Dark golden/amber colour. Medium frothy head. Malty, sweet, coriander, spicy aroma. Spicy, peppery taste with a malty, sweet background

Maes.
A light wheat beerdisplaying classic wheat beer aromas, with floral notes with hints of apple and spice on the finish.

De Halve Maan
Brugse Zot is a golden blond beer with a rich froth and a fruity flavouring. The beer is brewed with four different kinds of malt and two aromatic varieties of hop which give the beer its unique taste.
With an alcochol degrees proof of 6 % Vol it is a well balanced, easy drinking beer with character.
Brugse Zot is a natural beer born out of a selection of only the best ingredients. Thanks to the refermentation in the bottle, the beer has a longer natural life.

Gouden Boom
Complex and malty tripel, very aromatic, with lots of spice on the nose and in the long finish.

Dubuissson
Legendary strong ale. Smooth malty palate, slightly nutty, with hints of hop spiciness in the finish

Pierre Celis revived the Hoegaarden brewery in the mid-1960's. This is his version of the classic witbier. Softer and smoother than Hoegaarden Wit, and definitely worth trying.

Wonderful pale, peachy ale, with plenty of hop dryness to keep the alcohol in check. The finish is spicy, with a hint of mouthwatering acidity, and very moreish.

Chimay's 'standard' house ale, but don't be fooled, this is far from ordinary. A wonderful coppery ale, with hints of redcurrant fruit and a soft malty palate, and hints of hop dryness in the finish.

Bottle Conditioned.
Golden Ale, strong, spicy, lightly hoppy, with evoluting taste. Natural Beer, bottle refermented, unfiltered, not pasteurised and without any additives.

Deep chestnut-brown hazy hue, with a lacy head, spicy, malted-caramel, burnt brown sugar aromas, follow through a medium-bodied palate, with some fruity notes of prunes, dates, raisins, with a dark chocolate and caramelized malt note.

Corsendonk Agnus is fairly dry in the mouth and this effect is heightened by a good dose of bitterness

(Abbey Brown Ale) from Brewery Corsendonk in Oud-Turnhout. Burgundy brown with slight smoky bouquet bursting with fruit and nut flavours.

The classic malty Belgian ale, coppery in colour, with a fairly soft mouthfeel and a long malty finish.
