Brewed with a balance of best British Ale Malt and Lager Malt, this beer exhibits a pale straw colour. The aroma combines a zesty attack and an apricot fruitiness with the subtle floral hop notes of the Styrian Golding, Saaz and Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops.

Nimbus Strong Pale Ale resembles the famous Kölsch beers of Cologne: pale in colour, soft in mouthfeel, but strong in alcoholic content.

A dark, fruity, refreshing ale that proves a perennial favourite, and is named after the dramatic range of mountains in Glencoe.

A very pale, straw-coloured aromatic Best Bitter, brewed with Northdown, Challenger and Bramling Cross hops. The spicy and aromatic nose give due notice that this is a well hopped beer, and the initial flavours on the tongue don’t disappoint – the intense hop flavours combine beautifully on the background of the sweet malt, and create a splendidly refreshing beer, which just has to be tried again – just to make sure!

Deep, golden coloured beer created using three types of Optic malt and only progress hops, all grown within the UK. This single varietal ale has all the characteristics of this 'soft' hop: floral notes and a gentle but pervasive bitterness, making it a very drinkable and thirst quenching beer.

Dark amber, malty and well hopped with a beautifully balanced aftertaste; a strong best bitter. High percentages of Crystal and Black Malt create the malt/biscuit undertones, bitterness and aroma are provided by Goldings and First Gold amongst others.

An unusually red coloured beer, blending the red ale traditions of the North East and Ireland with a hint of Welsh flair. Vast quantities of Crystal malt are blended into a complex grist; and a selection of unusual hops, including Pioneer and 93/50, provide the bite to compliment the biscuity malt charactersitics of this exceptionally smooth and easy drinking beer

Twisted Merciless Stout!
It was only a matter of time before the original BrewDog got his paws in on the action. This egotistical young lab has decided to make a beer which best reflects himself. This is the beer equivalent of the big, cute chocolate monster. Soft, smooth, dark, chocolately and very strong. This gentle giant will never bite but would much rather give you a big lick on the face.

This Lager has 100% malt base providing an fresh, sharp initial sweetness and a body and flavour. Which endures where others prematurely disappear into a watery bland grave. A combination of the finest German and New Zealand hops add subtle tropical fruit notes and add complexity and depth to this most statuesque of Lagers.

A beer of inherent contradiction. This heavy weight of the beer world is strikingly delicate with a white gold appearance. The light fruity aroma dominates the initial confrontation; lychee, kiwi and passionfruit all prevail with subtle nuances of cherry and strawberry. Don’t be fooled however by this smooth medium bodied ale. As it trickles down your throat as this wolf in sheep’s clothing begins to grow teeth. The bite comes as the bitterness builds and endures no matter how hard the malty sweetness of the alcohol tries to tame this ferocious beast.

Dry-Hopped to give the beer an intensearomatic zesty aroma and depth of flavour and body which defies its strength.

Laid back amber beer.
Brewed using the finest coloured malts which provide the complex sweet malt character which initially arouses the senses. Like a fine cheese cake the biscuit base has a smooth and creamy layer that both satisfies and entices. Culminating in a delicate fruit topping of blackcurrant and tinges of citrus to refresh the participant, complimented fully by the crisp dry bitter finish.
